hot 7 新鉄板料理是王品旗下的一間平價鐵板燒

一份套餐含主菜共有七道菜,這樣只要300元不到(•́ω•̀)

高雄有兩間分店一間在家樂福成功店,另一間就是貝菈吃的漢神巨蛋店

木質櫃台配著大紅色招牌,經過時總能看到師傅們在煎台上大展身手

hot 7分成兩邊,一邊為吧台區,霧灰的空心圓燈具很柔美

能夠看到師傅一雙手揮著煎鏟在為著每位顧客製作熱騰騰料理

另一邊是比較適合家庭式的客人,可以合併也能拆開坐

仔細抬頭一看是由好幾個菱形組成的,看起來是不是特別像鳳梨(XD

牛排採高溫煎烤方式烹調,不油膩且口感軟嫩,可以看得到表皮微焦

這熟度是七分熟,熟度掌握得很好,微焦脆的脆感搭配鮮嫩多汁牛肉

在一旁襯托的香酥蒜片,是在火侯、溫度都達完美狀態的油鍋裡油炸

與現煎的原塊牛肉一起吃下,豐富的香氣與口感完全絕配!!!

海鹽胡椒粒黑胡椒沾醬更是讓牛肉有不同口感的變化d▽`*)

新鮮鯛魚搭配獨家炒拌辣醬,麻中帶甘的湯汁滲透到每片魚肉

底層的豆腐經過一段時間,裡面的豆腐坑洞已跟麻辣醬汁融合再一起

口感扎實帶著麻辣香氣,不會過厚的豆腐吃起來剛剛好

香鬆白飯

鹹甜香鬆點綴了飽滿的飯粒,白飯是可以續的!!!

這對比較大食量的朋友來說是一大福音押~

酸甜清脆的甘甜口感很適合當開胃料理~

剝皮辣椒雞

剝皮辣椒湯完全不辣而是清甜不油膩,棒棒雞腿肉也很緊實

還能看到枸杞菜頭增加湯的鮮甜度(っ´ω`c)

只可惜湯是一開始就送上桌,想放到最後喝…

可是冷掉了真的不好喝阿(淚奔~~~

炒食蔬

今日的時蔬是蒜炒空心菜,照片中是一人份的量!

貝菈自己覺得以女孩子的食量算是給得挺豪邁~

味道調的剛好而蒜香味幫青脆空心菜增加香氣口感

帶著一點檸檬香氣的蘋果茶,很解膩!

這杯酸甜的莓果冰沙,雖然偏甜但是整體來說算不錯

軟Q軟Q的嫩仙草淋上滿滿奶油球

淡淡的桂花香包覆銀耳,滿滿的膠質湯讓銀耳吃起來更滑順~

最近剛好有白蝦與廣島蠔的CP組合

白蝦吃起來鮮甜算是很新鮮呦~擠點更清爽!

廣島蠔則是採用乳酪絲包覆蠔,海味還融合起司香氣
